The award-winning redesign of the IDEAL HOLDINGS Headquarters transforms a conventional office renovation into a contemporary, human-centered workplace experience.
A key design principle was the reversibility of interventions, ensuring flexibility and long-term adaptability while preserving the value of the space. Through open-plan organization, flexible spatial solutions, abundant natural light, and the integration of natural elements, the project promotes well-being, collaboration, and an enhanced employee experience.
The result is a workplace that successfully balances functionality, aesthetics, acoustic comfort, and adaptability, meeting the evolving needs of a modern organization.
This awarded project reimagines the relationship between industrial heritage and the contemporary workplace through the complete reconstruction of a 3,000 m² complex.It transforms interconnected industrial buildings into the new headquarters of V.SHIPS GREECE, the main brand of V.GROUP, a global leader in ship management. By transforming a former industrial complex into a flexible, people-oriented environment, the design fosters collaboration, communication, and everyday interaction. At the same time, it preserves the authenticity and strong identity of the original structure, creating a meaningful dialogue between past and present. The outcome is a workplace that respects its history while embracing the future of work.
